Encaustic painting WORKSHOPS

I am excited to offer my unique approach to combining digital images with encaustic paint and mixed media in this bucolic setting. I will print your digital images on Japanese papers prior to the workshop for use during the class. you can sign up for one, two or three days for this workshop. These workshops are open to all levels, and will meet from 10am to 4 pm each day. The workshop will include encaustic medium, and all tools for encaustic painting will be provided. You will have the opportunity to sign up for one, two or three days of each workshop. These workshops are open to all levels and will meet from 10am to 4pm each day.

If you paint with encaustic paint, (even if you haven't), these workshops will offer a new way to include imagery. If you are a photographer, this is a great way to push your photographic images in a new direction. The class will incorporate a mixed media approach. Some of the other materials we will work with include encaustic paint, acrylic paint, India ink, powdered charcoal, water color and more.

The cost for one day; $375.00, two days; $700.00, and three days; $950.00.

Refreshments and a delicious healthy lunch will be included, as well as experiencing the full amenities of the farm; swimming in the creek, hiking the trails, and relaxing on the swings hammock or farmhouse porch. accommodations are available in the farmhouse and the glamp sites on the property.
